How did YOU learn to swim?

If you were to ask an adult how they learned to swim he or she might say: "I was thrown in the middle of the pool and I had a choice to swim or drowned." Others might answer this question by saying: "Same as you! Why are you asking this question?" But how would I, an eleven year old answer this question? Well, this past two weeks we have been spending our mornings at the pool in a program called Learn To Swim. We spend time in a group with a lifeguard\instructor who helps us learn different strokes. There are different levels and classes. I have enrolled in this program for years now and still love it. I am taking it now to improve the skills that I learned years ago.
